A. - Columns are as follows…

Name, Address, Zip, Date, Time are obvious.

Principle is amount owner borrowed

Assess is county’s value of property

Arrears are borrowers amount delinquent

Year is home age

Bed is number of bedrooms & bathrooms

Ho Sq is home square footage

Lt Sq is property size

Pho is if a photo has been included. (click on photo link)

Tax is amount owed on property tax.

Ref Cont is who cashier check is made out to

Tax ID# is Clark County property ID #

Auditor # is Deeds recorded ID#

Trustee # is that sales ID #

Phone # is to Trustee to obtain sale info on that specific sale

Bank is, who borrower obtained loan from.

 

Q. –Are properties vacant?
